I have taught high school students in MA, NY, OK, CA and now GA. I see this blog as a chance to reflect and record, while planting thoughts about education, writing instruction and poetry.
This Maroon Balloon links to my other active blogs. I write in these other places as much for my current students as for my professional colleagues. Although I started these other blogs more recently, they reflect the kind of work I have enjoyed doing with students for some time.
You will also find a link to my earlier, now inactive blog called Learning in Time. Maroon Balloon maintains the momentum from that earlier version. I have simply changed titles.
